Grilled seafood

Youll need:

1 Lobster
About 20 vannamei prawns
1 Lemon
1 Lime
25g butter
1-2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
A little parsley
Flaking salt
Chilli
Sweet chilli sauce

Aioli

Grilled seafood, perfect for New Year’s dinner. And In addition, much easier to do than you might first think.

Instructions:

  • Boil the lobster. Then split it open and remove the stomach and intestines (this is preferably done at home).
  • Mix butter, garlic, parsley and a little salt. Taste until you are satisfied. (this is preferably done at home)
  • Thread the prawns onto skewers and brush with sweet chilli sauce
  • Place lemon and/or lime on the grill grate, flesh side down. Grill until they become hot and get a nice color.
  • Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture and place the lobster on the grill grate, meaty side down. Here, 30 seconds - 1 minute is enough.
  • Add the shrimp skewers at the same time. Grill 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Then squeeze the hot lime and/or lemon over both the lobster and the prawns. Sprinkle on some flake salt and chopped chilli to taste.
  • Serve with a little aioli and baguette.
