Instructions:
- Start by preparing the breading by cracking and beating two eggs and pouring into a bowl. Also pour flour and panko into each bowl.
- Dice the halloumi.
- Bread the halloumi by dipping it first in the flour, then the egg and finally the panko. Feel free to repeat for an extra crispy surface.
- Heat the oil in the Jägarstekpanna and add the cheese . Fry until both sides are golden brown. This only takes a few minutes.
- Place on a plate and let the oil drain. Serve with salsa.
