Chilli cheese dip

Youll need:

  • 200 grams of grated cheddar
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 25 grams of sliced ​​jalapeño
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • A splash of beer (we chose IPA)
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Toasted baguette slices for serving

  • Start by grating cheddar and chopping chives.
  • Put the grated cheese, cream cheese, beer, jalapeno, and chives in a frying pan (we used the original Jägar frying pan with a diameter of 21 cm)
  • Stir and let it simmer over the open fire until everything has burst. At the same time, toast the baguette slices on the grill or in a frying pan.
  • Top with a little more jalapeno, chives and cayenne pepper.
  • Dip the crispy bread into the cheesy dip and enjoy!
