Apple Pie rolls

Youll need:
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Butter to fry in
- Puff pastry
Instructions:
- Fry apple, honey, cinnamon and vanilla sugar in butter until the apples become soft.
- Roll out the puff pastry into reasonably sized pieces approx. 10x10 cm.
- Place the apple mixture on the dough. Fold both sides of the dough over the filling and then pinch the sides together.
- lace your apple pie rolls in our Jägarstekpanna original with a generous amount of butter and cooking oil. Fry until golden and crispy.
- Serve with a little custard or syrup.
